Carly Foster, MSW, LCSW is a licensed social worker with over 8 years of experience in the mental health and social services field. Carly is a graduate of Elizabethtown College and earned her Master of Social Work from Widener University School of Social Work. She has practiced in inpatient, partial hospitalization, and outpatient settings, working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families.

Areas of Specialization

Carly provides individual, couples, and family therapy for clients of all ages, from children and adolescents through adults and seniors. She specializes in family issues, maternal mental health, women's issues, and transgender issues, and also treats anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, stress management, grief and loss, relationship issues, identity issues, infertility, trauma, and PTSD. She works regularly with clients in the LGBTQIA+ community.

Carly draws on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), narrative therapy, and the family systems model. She takes a strengths-based perspective with every client, wanting to learn about their strengths alongside their struggles.
